Deputy Secretary Norman Beckett Addresses the Center for Ethnic, Racial, and Religious Understanding

During his keynote address at the Center for Ethnic, Racial, and Religious Understanding's at Queens College, Deputy Secretary Beckett invited students, faculty, and members of the general public to remember arts-infused moments that had changed their lives.
